Thinly slice cucumbers and toss them with cherry tomatoes, red onion slices, feta cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Spread cream cheese or hummus on slices of bread, and add thinly sliced cucumbers and a sprinkle of salt. Top with another slice of bread and cut into triangles.
